ENROLMENT CONDITIONS

• Applicants should apply for the Bachelor’s Degree course to the State Commission on Students’ Enrolment
• Applicants wishing to continue their education for the Master’s Degree should apply to the State Commission on Students’ Enrolment
• Those who want to get the second higher education  degree can go through fee-paying training
• Persons holding leading positions in public administration bodies and applying for a course of study are admitted to the Academy after an interview
• Those who apply to be admitted to short-term professional development courses should have a special letter of assignment
• On the basis of general rules applicants are entitled to further education at post-graduate doctorate research course
  After completing a course the Academy issues corresponding certificates.
