The Academy of Public Administ ration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan was created by President Heydar Aliyev, the all-national leader, who signed the corresponding decree on 3 January 1999.That was an event of great importance for further development of statehood, science and education of the country
Being the only higher educational institution preparing professionally qualified personnel in public administration, the Academy is also an educational and professional development centre for civil servants, granting certificates to young people able to govern the state according to the requirements of modern times.
